WOGAC was established in 2008 and is a result of the merge of Greenland Travel in Sisimiut and Albatros Greenland in Kangerlussuaq.

WOGAC is owned by Air Greenland/Greenland Travel (40%), Albatros Travel (40%) and Topas (20%).

WOGAC has approximately 10 employees in Kangerlussuaq and Sisimiut.
